The idea
Everything the internet sends you arrives as it is. Everything you tell a company about yourself is gone the moment you send it.
Freehold turns both around, with a Hub at your door that works for you.
Coming in
What comes in gets checked at your door, on your rules, so the good things reach you first.
Going out
A company sends its question to your Hub. Your Hub works out the answer at your place and sends back only that answer.
The sealed note
Every answer carries a signed label: who worked it out, who may read it, what it may be used for, and when it stops counting.
The settings dial
You set the dial for both directions. Off is allowed, and it always will be.
The name
You share the harvest and keep the field.
A freehold is land you hold outright, owing nothing to anyone. You share what it produces. The ground stays yours.
This is not the way the world is right now. But it is the way the world should be, and if it is up to us, the way it will be.
